Purpose

To seek authorisation for the publication of
the Thames Basin Heaths Special Protection Area Supplementary
Planning Document (SPA SPD) 2025 following public
consultation.

Decision

RESOLVED that
 

i.      
the adoption of the Thames Basin Heaths Special Protection Area
Supplementary Planning Document (Appendix 1) be approved.
 

ii.    
authority is delegated to the Executive Director: Place in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Transport and
Countryside to approve any necessary minor amendments to the Thames
Basin Heaths Special Protection Area Supplementary Planning
Document prior to publication; and
 

iii.   
the Thames Basin Heaths Special Protection Area Supplementary
Planning Document (April 2018) is superseded by the adopted Thames
Basin Heaths Special Protection Area Supplementary Planning
Document (2025).
