Purpose

To support the recommendations of the
directors of Flexible Homes Improvements Ltd to work towards
disbanding the company and continuing to provide loans to home
owners through alternative arrangements.

Decision

That the Executive Director:
People and the Cabinet Member for Environment, Community and
Housing endorse the decision taken by the FHIL Ltd board of
directors to establish a new structural arrangement to fulfil the
purpose for which FHIL Ltd was established, making affordable loans
available to vulnerable people
