Decision

As part of the planning requirements,
construction projects are required to meet Biodiversity Net Gain
credits. If these credits cannot be achieved within the
construction area, habitat banks are available to purchase the
units, to ensure the credits are achieved. Due to constraints on
the All Saints School site, it is not possible to achieve these
credits within the site location, therefore the Council are
required to secure an off site habitat bank to achieve the credits
required to deliver this scheme.
