Approve a proposal to introduce a 20mph speed
limit on Maize Lane and the roads within the Willow Grange
development, Warfield.

Reasons for the decision

To reduce the road safety risk of increased
traffic using Maize Lane due to the new development and encourage
low speeds overall.

Alternative options considered

A 30mph speed limit on Maize Lane was
consulted on previously however this received a high number of
objections with the majority asking for a 20mph to be
considered.
