NOTES the performance of the council over the period from
July to September 2025, highlighted in the Overview Report in Annex
A of the report.

AGREES the recommendations made by Overview and Scrutiny in
Annex B.

To brief the Cabinet on the council’s
performance, highlighting key areas, so that appropriate action can
be taken if needed.
