Purpose

To approve Bracknell Forest Council’s response to the Examiner in respect of the consultation on the submission version of the Sandhurst Neighbourhood Plan (Regulation 16)

Decision

That the Cabinet Member for Planning Transport and Countryside:

(1)   approves Bracknell Forest Council’s response to the Examiner on the Submission version of the Sandhurst Neighbourhood Plan (Regulation 16) as set out in Appendix A; and

(2)   delegates authority to the Executive Director: Place to submit the response with a covering letter to the Examiner and make any minor alterations to the response, if required.

Reasons for the decision

Bracknell Forest Council, as a consultee, can make a response to the Submission consultation[1]. It is in the interest of Bracknell Forest Council to raise any concerns about the content of the Neighbourhood Plan to the Examiner for consideration as part of the examination process.
