Decision

To allow a Deed of Rectification to take place to correct a transfer error that occurred in the Housing Stock Transfer dated 11th February 2008.

Reasons for the decision

The original stock transfer appears to have had an error in the transfer and that these gardens were not included within the original transfer. This has since been registered as such at the Land Registry.

These gardens have always been part of the properties and have been used as private gardens since the properties were built and first tenanted.

There would have been no value to the Council in retaining these gardens and they should be included within the registered title of Abri Homes.
