The reversionary underlease is to be for an
additional 30 year term from completion, thus extending it to
2054.

The remainder of the terms of the existing under lease will remain
unchanged, other than a small amendment to specifically include
racquet sports in the permitted use and the inclusion of additional
green clauses.
