Purpose

To approve the award of the joint Berkshire
Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) maintenance contract over a 10
year period. ITS infrastructure includes bespoke telecoms systems,
traffic signals equipment, traffic CCTV systems, real-time
passenger information systems and variable message signs.

noted.
 

ii.    
the award of a new joint contract to Bidder 2 is approved having
submitted the most economically advantageous tender for the
delivery of ITS maintenance
from July 2024.
