Purpose

To seek approval of the revised draft of the
strategy following consideration of consultation feedback

RESOLVED that
 

i.     
the strategy be formally approved.
 

ii.    
Authority be delegated to the Executive Director: People in
consultation with the portfolio holders the Executive member for
Adults and Public Health and the Executive member for Children and
Young People to approve the action plan.
