Decision

The Council granted the Bracknell Forest
Cambium Partnership (The JV) a licence to occupy the site known as
Market Street in December 2023. The licence grants access to the
site for the JV, contractors and subcontractors to carry out works
to implement a planning consent granted on 15 June 2021 for the
wider Market Street site.

The permitted use of the licenced area allows for a crane to be
placed on Block D to support the construction of the Market Street
site subject to the Council as in its capacity as an adjoining
landowner entering into an appropriate over sail licence.

The over sail licence will align with the existing licence to
occupy and will be coterminous, although all parties will have
rights to terminate the agreement in the event of a breach and the
Council will have the right to terminate earlier if required.
