Decision
The Council owns the freehold and a 50% equity
share in the property with the lessees having a 50% equity share by
virtue of a shared ownership lease for 125 years from
4/03/2014.
The shared ownership lease gives the lessees the legal right to
fully staircase and they wish to exercise this right.
