Purpose

To seek agreement to responses drafted to
questions asked by the Government in ‘Proposed reforms to the
National Planning Policy Framework and other changes to the
planning system’

Decision

That the Executive Member for Planning, Transport
and the Countryside agrees that the response set out in Appendix A
can form the Council’s submission to the Government’s
consultation.
