Decision
The Council owns the freehold and a 45% equity
share in the property with the lessee having a 55% equity share by
virtue of a shared ownership lease for a term of 125 years from
5/6/2015.
The shared ownership lease gives the lessee the legal right to
fully staircase and he wishes to exercise this right.
