Resolved –
 
That the
public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the Not
for Publication report, (Documents “AE” and
“AF”) and appendices containing the CEM –
Pensions Administration Benchmarking Survey and the Northern LGPS
investment and pooling update because information would be
disclosed which is considered to be exempt information within
paragraph 3 (Financial or Business Affairs) of Schedule 12A of the
Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
