Decision

In the interest of transparency, the following disclosures were made:

·       Councillor Burd declared an interest in Item 8 (Traffic Regulation Order objections) as they lived in the vicinity of the area affected by the proposals.

·       Councillor Dodds declared an interest in Item 8 (Micklemoss Drive objections) as a close family member resided on that street.

·       Councillor Dodds also declared an interest in the Community Chest item, noting previous involvement in community activity supported through grant funding and familiarity with the Community Chest and Grants Advisory arrangements.
