1. 1.          That the contents of the Forward Plan be noted and Members be asked to make any amendments and additions as appropriate
2. 2.          That the additional proposed reports (highlighted in yellow) be included in the Forward Plan schedule
3. 3.          That the Forward Plan be reviewed on a regular basis throughout the year
