Purpose

This is to implement the Executive decision made on the 14 April 2026.

Decision

Approval to award grant over a 3 year period to the VSE organisations for the delivery of the SkillsHouse Community Programme and in the amounts as set out in Appendix 1 and to enter into a grant agreement for the funding with each of the organisations.

Alternative options considered

The Council does not have the capacity to deliver the SkillsHouse Community Programme. The existing programme has been successfully delivered by the VCS organisations and it is important to continue and build on this success.
