Decision

Resolved –

Having carefully considered the application for a review at the hearing, all valid representations made by the parties to the hearing; valid written representations received during the statutory period, the Council’s published Statement of Licensing Policy, the Licensing Act 2003 (in particular sections 4 and 52 concerning the promotion of the licensing objectives and the determination of a review of a premises licence), and the relevant statutory guidance issued under section 182 of the Licensing Act 2003, the Panel considered that the Licence holder has failed to uphold the Licencing objectives, on the evidence heard. Therefore, the Panel determined that the premises licence be revoked in respect of Salah’s, 360 Leeds Road, Bradford, BD3 9QX.

Reason - It is considered that the revocation is necessary, appropriate and proportionate to ensure compliance and promotion of the licensing objectives- In particular, The Prevention of Crime and Disorder of the Licensing Act 2003.
