Decision

Resolved –

(1)            That the Employee Appeals Panel set out in (Document “A”) with the membership as shown and with the role and functions        contained in   Article 12A of the Constitution and subject to the Rules of Procedure contained in Part 3 of the Constitution be approved.

(2)        That Councillor K Hussain be appointed Chair and Councillor F Ahmed             be appointed Deputy Chair for the 2026/2027 Municipal Year.
