Resolved –

(1)  That the performance and activity information contained within this report be noted;

(2)  That the key improvement actions for 2026/27 be endorsed; and

(3)  That a further report be submitted to the Committee in six months’ time providing an update on progress against 2026/27 improvement action timescales and the steps being taken by officers to improve the mandatory training compliance rates.
