2SB and Lingdale Road, Woodside, Bradford. BD6 2NX

The property is identified in the attached site plan.
Property Description
Located on the edge of Woodside Estate, the land is effectively two long strips of flat grassed amenity space that lies immediately behind the roadside kerb on both Fenwick Drive and Lingdale Road. The strips combined equate to around 740 metres in length and a total site area circa 2.7 acres (1.09 hectares). To the rear of the Council’s land is privately owned land that has been allocated for residential development in the emerging local plan. The Council’s land is needed to provide access for the proposed development.

Retain the property and continue to manage as part of the Council owned non-operational estate.
