To dispose of Hawkstone Farm (including Hawkstone Wood) Hollins Lane, Guiseley, Leeds. LS20 8NW (property ARN 50204 & 52897)

The property is identified in the attached site plan.

Property Description

The asset comprises a Grade II Listed farmhouse with associated outbuildings on land extending to 58 acres (23.47 hectares) used primarily as grazing for a dairy herd.

The property is subject to a lease from 1971 and is covered under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986.

Alternative options considered

Retain the property and continue to manage as part of the Council owned non-operational estate.
