Property Description
The property forms part of a Victorian arcade and comprises a two-storey building of traditional stone construction with timber sash windows. The property is arranged around a central covered arcade and provides approx. 5,931 sq.ft of accommodation. The property was originally designed to provide eight separate retail units within the arcade however it is currently let and occupied as a whole. The occupier uses the accommodation for a mix of purposes including a café, events centre and offices. The property is held by way of long-leasehold of 125 years from 20th June 1986.

Retain the property and continue to manage as part of the Council owned non-operational estate.
