Decision

To dispose of land and buildings known as Stair Foot Farm Cottingley Cliffe Road, Cottingley, Bingley, BD16 1UP (property ARN 50563)
The property is identified in the attached site plan.
Property Description
The total site area extends to 16.18 acres (6.55 Ha) of grazing land to be disposed as two separate lots of which the southern parcel makes up 9.06 acres and the northern parcel extends to 7.12 acres. Within the northern parcel there is a dilapidated three-bedroom farmhouse. The house and outbuildings are vacant in need of substantial refurbishment and upgrading.

Alternative options considered

Retain the property and continue to manage as part of the Council owned non-operational estate.
