To dispose of North Dene Road/Dene Grove - Land and Dene Grove - Grazing Land, North Dene Road, Silsden, Keighley. BD20 9NW (property ARN 53374 & 54015)

The property is identified in the attached site plan.

Property Description
The site extends to approximately 3.36 acres (1.36 hectares) and comprises two agricultural fields located at North Dene Road and Dene Grove, one of which is let on a Farm Business Tenancy. Bordered by agricultural uses to the north, east and west, and an Incommunities housing estate to the south, the site has a draft allocation for residential development in the emerging BMDC Local Plan.

Alternative options considered

Retain the property and continue to manage as part of the Council owned non-operational estate.
