Decision

To dispose of Parkway - Land (including Highbridge Terrace - Garage Site) Parkway, West Bowling, Bradford. BD5 8QA (property ARN 53058 & 54046)

The property is identified in the attached site plan.

Property Description
This site covers an area of 3.37 acres (1.36 hectares), is of an irregular shape and slopes significantly from south to north. The site is mainly vacant grassed land located off Parkway and Highbridge Terrace. It is currently informal open space and includes ARN 54046 Garage Site and an island of grassed verge which is part of the adopted highway. The site is located in West Bowling, approximately 300 yards from Staithgate Roundabout and two miles south of Bradford City Centre. It is bordered by former council housing to the north, south and west, with a wooded area to the east.

Alternative options considered

Retain the property and continue to manage as part of the Council owned non-operational estate.
