The property is identified in the attached site plan.
Property Description
The property is located to the north of Bradford City Centre, circa 1.4 miles from Bradford Forster Square Railway Station and is accessed off Hilliam Road via Canal Road.
The property comprises a detached industrial unit, with two-storey office accommodation. The building was constructed in the 1970s and has a gross internal area of approximately 23,000 sq ft. Externally, there is a yard to the rear and car parking to the front of the property. The total site area measures approximately 1.26 acres (0.51 hectares). The property is let to Surefreight International Limited on 99-year lease from 1st January 1979.
