Decision

To dispose of Church Street/Main Street – Land, Church Street, Addingham, Ilkley. LS29 0TR (property ARN 54131)
The property is identified in the attached site plan.
Property Description
This brownfield site is approximately 0.56 acres (0.23 hectares) and occupies a corner position at the junction of Church Street, and Main Street close to a small residential development and next to open fields.
The site was previously used by Highway Services as a depot for the storage of building materials and has been allocated as a preferred housing site in the Addingham Neighbourhood Plan, considered suitable for up to eight residential units.

Alternative options considered

Retain the property and continue to manage as part of the Council owned non-operational estate.
