Property Description
The property comprises a car sales dealership with associated buildings on a level site extending to circa 0.45 acre (0.18 hectares). A culvert passes through the site to the rear. The property is currently let to Beckside 4 x 4 Limited on a tenancy at will.

Retain the property and continue to manage as part of the Council owned non-operational estate.
