Resolved –

1. 1.          That the entries and action taken on the Register of Breaches be noted
2. That two breaches were being considered for reporting or have been reported by the Scheme Manager to the Pension Regulator.

•       Failure to complete all McCloud rectification calcs by 31 August 2026

•       Failure of an employer to pay all outstanding contributions by the monthly deadline on a number of occasions.
