Resolved –

That, having considered all valid representations made by the parties at the hearing, the valid written representations received during the statutory consultation period, the application and operating schedule, the published Statement of Licensing Policy, the Licensing Act 2003 (in particular sections 4 and 18), and the relevant statutory guidance issued under section 182 of the Licensing Act 2003, the Panel resolves to grant the application for a premises licence in respect of Mr T's, Unit 4, 373 Leeds Road, Bradford, BD3 9LT, in part. However, the element of the application seeking to extend licensable activities until 04:00 hours on Eid, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, and any Sunday preceding a Bank Holiday Monday is refused.

REASONS

It is considered that the removal of the extended hours is necessary to minimise noise disturbance to nearby residents – prevention of Public Nuisance objective.
