Decision

Resolved-

(1) That the programme of Traffic Regulation Orders for 2026/27, as listed in Appendix 1 to Document “G” be approved, subject to the inclusion of waiting restrictions at Cleckheaton Road/Frogmoor Avenue and amendments to the existing restrictions at Bierley Lane/Alred Court and Back Lane, Queensbury.

(2) That Members of the Bradford South Area Committee notify the Principal Engineer, Traffic & Road Safety, by Friday 23 October 2026 of any schemes from Appendix 2 to Document “G” that they wish to promote in substitution for those in Appendix 1, and that those sites also be approved for inclusion in the Traffic Regulation Order.

(3) That approval be given to prepare and advertise the Traffic Regulation Orders, subject to the scheme details being agreed with the local Ward Members.

(4) That any valid objections to the advertised Traffic Regulation Orders be submitted to this Area Committee for consideration or in the event of there being no valid objections the Traffic Regulation Orders be made, sealed and implemented as advertised.
