Decision

To dispose of Thornton Road - Grazing Land and part of Thornton Road, Bradford. BD8 0PA (property ARN 51919 & 54810)

The property is identified in the site plan in the appendix.

Property Description
The asset comprises steeply sloped grazing land plus a small parcel of verge fronting Thornton Road, with a combined total extending to 4.20 acres (1.69 hectares). The grazing land is subject to a 12 month licence.

The grazing land benefits from a draft allocation in the emerging BMDC Local Plan for the delivery of up to 52 dwellings.

Alternative options considered

Retain the property and continue to manage as part of the Council owned non-operational estate.
