Decision

Resolved –

(1)           That the programme of Traffic Regulation Orders for 2026/27 listed in Appendix 1, subject to the removal of the item for Thornhill Terrace and the addition of 2 items for waiting restrictions at Amberley Street/Harwood Street and Amberley Street near the shopping parade, be approved.

(2)           That approval be given to prepare and advertise the Traffic Regulation Orders, subject to the scheme details being agreed with the local Ward Members.

(3)           That any valid objections to the advertised Traffic Regulation Orders be submitted to this Area Committee for consideration or in the event of there being no valid objections the Traffic Regulation Orders be sealed, made and implemented as advertised.
