Decision

Resolved –

(1)  That the programme of Traffic Regulation Orders for 2026/27, as set out in Appendix 1 to Document “C”, be approved, subject to the inclusion of Poplar Drive and Spring Bank Rise in the programme, provided that both locations meet the relevant requirements.

(2)  That the Traffic Regulation Orders, subject to the scheme details being agreed with the local Ward Members, be approved for preparation and advertisement.

(3)  That any valid objections to the advertised Traffic Regulation Orders be submitted to the Keighley and Ilkley Area Committee for consideration or in the event of there being no valid objections the Traffic Regulation Orders be sealed, made and implemented as advertised.
