Purpose

To consider the refreshed Conservation Area
Appraisal for Dereham and district wide shop front design
guide

Decision

RESOLVED that:
 

1)         
Cabinet approves the commencement of the public consultation of the
review of Dereham Conservation Area Appraisal.
 

2)         
Cabinet approves the commencement of the public consultation for
the District Wide Shop Front Design Guide, and

3)         
Delegated Authority be
given to the Director for Planning and Building Control, in
consultation with the Executive Member for Strategic &
Operational Planning, any minor changes to the pre-consultation
versions and arrangements for the consultation exercise.
