Purpose

To seek approval to create a policy on how
Breckland Council will respond to this new legislation.

Decision

RESOLVED that:
 
1)    
Cabinet approves the development, consultation on, and
implementation of a High Street Rental Auction Programme within the
District as set out in this report.
 
2)    
Delegated Authority be given to the Executive Director, in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Economic Development and
Growth, the development and implementation of the
scheme.
