To update the revenue and capital
budgets

Decision

CABINET RESOLVED to
RECOMMEND to FULL COUNCIL:
 
1)    
That the revised capital programme at Appendix A be approved
 
2)    
That the revenue budget amendments and associated funding at
Appendix B be approved
 
3)    
That the permanent establishment of the authority be increased by
10 FTE
 
4)    
That the Thetford Plan for Neighbourhoods funding and spend is
included in the amended capital and revenue budgets as detailed in
Appendix C.
