To enter into a contract with AMR for 1  year with the option to extend for a further 1 + 1  (1+1+1) to carry out Reactive Repairs and Maintenance to Breckland Councils Property and Land sites.

Reasons for the decision

Tender exercise for Reactive Repairs and Maintenance to Breckland owned properties and land.
