To agree to enter into a Wayleave Agreement with Eastern Power Networks plc relating to land lying to the south of Yaxham Road, Dereham

Reasons for the decision

Entering into the proposed Wayleave Agreement will allow Eastern Power Networks plc to install underground cables to provide a new electricity connection to the commercial building on Kingston Road, Dereham.

Alternative options considered

1)    To agree to enter into the Wayleave Agreement.

2)    Do nothing.
