Authorisation to release funding for recreation provisions secured under Section 106 Legal Agreement dated 25th March 2019 in relation to Planning Permission 3PL/2016/1397/F

Decision

Breckland Council authorises the release of £69,150.00 to Dereham Town Council from Off Site Open Space Contribution held by the Council in accordance with a Section 106 Agreement dated 25th March 2019, in relation to Planning Permission 3PL/2016/1397/F, for the Dereham Saints Football Club Development, at the Recreation Ground, Recreation Road, Toftwood, Dereham.

Reasons for the decision

This work is consistent with the requirements within the S106 Agreement as detailed above. 

It is recommended that delegated authority is granted to release £69,150.00 from the Off Site Outdoor Sports Contribution held by the Council in accordance with S106 Agreement dated 25th March 2019 under planning application 3PL/2016/1397/F for this project.

Alternative options considered

·         Fully fund the application as set out in the report.

·         Do nothing.
