Purpose

Authorisation to release funding for recreation provisions secured under Section 106 Legal Agreement dated 3rd April 2014 & Deed of Variation dated 27th January 2015, relating to planning permission 3PL/2012/1259/F.

Decision

Breckland Council authorises the release of the funds received from the Off Site Open Space Contribution (Blackthorn Road Element) held by the Council in accordance with this Section 106 Agreement dated 3rd April 2014 & Deed of Variation dated 27th January 2015, for planning permission 3PL/2012/1259/F.

To pay £73,122.00 to Attleborough Town Council for the Blackthorn Road Trim Trail and associated works project, in Blackthorn Road, Attleborough.
