Purpose

Artist design and delivery for the Lights Festival for Swaffham 2027.

Decision

To accept the £53,000 grant offer from Arts Council England and the £4,000 offer from the Nicolas Hamond Education Trust. This funding together with the £4,000 match from the Swaffham A Historic Market Town project will be used to create the festival.

Reasons for the decision

To be able to deliver a community based lights festival in Swaffham to celebrate the end of the Swaffham – A Historic Market Town project.
