Decision

To enter into a deed of easement for drainage with William Morfoot and Kate Morfoot

Reasons for the decision

Entering into the deed of easement will allow surface water pumping to be installed on the land owned by Breckland District Council. Entering into this deed of easement will help unlock a housing development of Elm Close which is looking to deliver 100% affordable housing. Entering into the deed of easement will also provide a capital receipt to The Council.       

Alternative options considered

·         To enter into the deed of easement with William and Kate Morfoot. 

·         Do nothing.
