To appoint six building contractors onto the Council’s internal framework for DFG works.

Reasons for the decision

Tender exercise to set up an internal framework for DFG Adaptation works

To have a wide range of contractors who can provide disabled facility grant work, giving flexibility and immediacy, which will ensure the full budget is spent and as many vulnerable people as possible are assisted.
