Purpose

Authorisation to release the remaining funding to East Harling Parish Council for their project replacement and upgrade of play area safety signage at Poplars Play Park, Recreation Ground Play Park/Gym/Skate Park, Church Road, East Harling (see full report).

It was secured under Section 106 Agreement dated 9th August 2013 & Deed of Variation dated 15th April 2014 in relation to Planning Permissions 3PL/2012/0946/F & 3PL/2013/1006/F.

Decision

Breckland Council authorises the release of the remaining funding of £201.87 from the Recreational Contribution held by the Council in accordance with Section 106 Agreement dated 9th August 2013 & Deed of Variation dated 15th April 2014 in relation to Planning Permissions 3PL/2012/0946/F & 3PL/2013/1006/F, towards the Replacement & Upgrade of Play Area Safety Signage, at Poplars Play Park, Recreation Ground Play Park/Gym/Skate Park, Church Road, Harling (see full report attached).

Reasons for the decision

·         This work is consistent with the requirements within the S106 Agreement as detailed above. 

·         It is recommended that delegated authority is granted to release £201.87 from the Recreation Contribution held by the Council in accordance with Section 106 Agreement dated 9th August 2013 & Deed of Variation dated 15th April 2014 in relation to Planning Permissions 3PL/2012/0946/F & 3PL/2013/1006/F towards this project.
