To agree to enter into a Wayleave Agreement with British Telecommunications plc relating to land outside of 3 Holly Close Mattishall Dereham NR20 3SG

Reasons for the decision

Entering into the proposed Wayleave Agreement will allow British Telecommunications plc to install approximately 2 meters of underground duct and cables with all associated fixtures and fittings.

Alternative options considered

·         To agree to enter into the Wayleave Agreement.
