To use the consultant (Waterman Aspen) to carry out work through a developer funded PPA for Planning Application reference PL/2026/1329/OMAJ and Planning Performance Agreement (PPA) dated 19/05/2025.

To ensure PPA work is done at no cost to the Authority and in a timely manner.
