To procure a 4-year contract with MHR iTrent for our HR & Payroll system

Reasons for the decision

To renew the Council’s HR system, in light of LGR being paused where a larger procurement would have been happening in 2027.

Alternative options considered

All frameworks considered by procurement, the one selected is the safest route.
